Forbidden Love opens with bitter almond and rose before a rich cherry accord quickly takes over. Cherry and black cherry provide a dark, juicy, and slightly liqueur-like fruitiness, while amber makes the heart warmer and softer.
In the drydown, tonka bean, caramel, and Peruvian balsam emerge, creating a sweet, nutty, and balsamic gourmand sensation. The result is very close to the Lost Cherry DNA, but feels somewhat simpler and more direct, with cherry and almond remaining clear throughout much of the development.
