Hartnell opens fresh and aromatic with bergamot, lavender, and clary sage. The green herbaceousness quickly gives way to saffron and sweet praline, while cedarwood moves the composition towards a warmer and drier woody expression.
In the drydown, oud becomes more prominent alongside earthy vetiver, patchouli, and soft musk. The result is a warm, spicy, and slightly sweet woody fragrance where the praline rounds off the darker oud character and gives a clear resemblance to Haltane.
