Supreme L'Homme Extreme opens with almond, pink pepper, and bergamot, providing a warm nuttiness with fresh citrus and a light spice. Plum, cinnamon, and heliotrope then develop, making the scent darker, sweeter, and softly powdery, with a fruity character that can sometimes be perceived as almost cherry- or liqueur-like.
In the drydown, tobacco, leather, patchouli, and cedarwood emerge, balancing the sweetness with a drier and more mature base. The result is a warm, fruity, and spicy tobacco fragrance that is close to Guerlain L'Homme Idéal Extrême, but with a slightly simpler material feel and greater variation in performance between different bottles.
